Subscriptions: paid plans begin after any free trial period and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Market data, estimates, and analytics shown on the platform are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific business results or outcomes.

Acceptable use: do not scrape the platform, share account credentials, or otherwise misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Biznisoo uses a small number of cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences, such as language and theme selections.

Our digital guides are delivered instantly at the time of purchase. Because digital files cannot be returned, all sales are considered final once the product has been downloaded.

If you were charged in error, never received your download, or the file you received is defective, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right — with a fix or a full refund.

Refund requests can be submitted through our Support page or by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
